Photographer Wm. Elsmore

Searching for information about the photographer Wm Elsmore 19 West Garden St. Glasgow. This is on the bottom of a photo card and there is a circular embossed stamp with Windsor Studio around the outer portion and an E in the center. Trying to narrow down the time period of a photo I have. Would there be any record or copy of any of these old photos? Any help appreciated.

I also have a photo taken by Wm Elsmore photographers Windsor Studio, West Garden St. corner of New City Rd and Second st. west of Georges x Glasgow written on it. Therefore I thought I would contact you to see if anyone was able to help you which in turn may help me.
