I have a book that was printed in 1957 about a memmber of my family and I quote:"Sarah Hall is the granddaughter of " " who was herself the grandaughter of a leading English glass manufacturer, John Hall of Bedminster, England" from Buckskin and Blanket Days, by Thomas Henry Tibbles. Also the book makes refrence to "The Memoirs of Mrs. Jane Tucker, London 1877" which is another daughter of William Beakley OWEN and Sarah Hall, his wife. They left Bristol England in 1851 for the states but would love to find info on the Glass company or if a manuscript exists in England on Jane Tucker. Would gladly repay the favor with a lookup in the states, Nashville, Tennessee if needed.
