Per the 1881 census, William Hunter, age 55, widower, residing at Wooler Bridge End, Northumberland. Children of William are Jane age 24, Mary age 22, George age 19, Thomas age 17, Aam age 14, John age 8, and William age 4. I am looking for the late Mrs Hunter. Thanks

the easiest way to find details of the late Mrs Hunter is to apply for a birth certificate of one of the children. The 1881 census will show where they were born and you can apply to the register Office for that area. If you have any problems with that, e mail me direct and I will try and help.
