I have a John Whitfield married Mary Beeby 1835 in Haltwistle, Northumberland, to my knowledge they had three children, John, Jane and Edward, but could have had more. Does anyone know anything of this family please ?

Do you know if either of the male children had a daughter named Elizabeth, born 1860? She married a man named Laing, had at least four children, and emigrated to the U.S. in 1895.
