Can anyone help me trace more descendants (or ancestors) of my great-great-great grandfather Robert Ashworth? He lived in the Rossendale area and had two daughters (that we know of) Sarah, born in 1831, who married Hiles Varley and Ellen, born in 1839, who married Thomas Pilling. Any information whatsoever would be appreciated. Also looking for any information on the family of William Harrison (born 1857 in Rossendale area), who married Hiles & Sarah Varley's daughter Mary Ellen and was my great-grandfather. It is possible the Harrison family originated in Scotland at some point prior to his birth.
