Looking for Marriage Record of:-
Thomas Foster and Sarah Ann James.
Trying to find out who Thomas, and Sarah's Parents were. Sarah believed to have Scott ancestry, and Thomas was believed born in Ireland.
They had four Children: Douglas James, Marian, Esther, Dorothy, and moved to Wigan where they spent the rest of their days.

Birth - Thomas: 1864
Death: - July 19th 1938 Residence, 38 Dicconson Street, Wigan. Occupation: Tailor
Married: June 7 1900, Hope Street Congregational Chapel, Wigan
Thomas's father: Thomas Foster recorded as deceased on this Marriage Certificate, Occupation given as Joiner/Builder
1901 Census records Bithplace for Thomas as Wigan not Ireland as previously believed. Census entry for Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. Occupation given as Supt. Liverpool Assurance Co. Residence on Marriage Certificate, 25 Gordon Road, Wellingborough.
Known to be resident 25 Dicconson Street,Wigan in 1903, and later at 38 Dicconson Street.
Now seek details re Thomas's Mother. Can anyone help?
