I am the descendent of the Tomlinson family of Lancashire- My Gr.Grandfather was John Tomlinson, son of Thurston Tomlinson. I have papers here sent to me from a Tomlinson ancestor with the information confirming that. I am having rouble finding Johns b.date. I do know he was b. Lancashire and that my grandmother Mary Ann Tomlinson was b. to him & my Gr.Grandmother 1860 (accrington). Rachel Bagley was the mother. She b. ca. 1843 Lancashire. I believe John was from a long line of THURSTON TOMLINSONS. All I need is his b. date.I have sent to the LDS for some help. Who can help in the meantime? I would reimburse someone for this necessary information.
