I am researching William Hall. He had two wives both unknown. He remarried after 1881. I am guessing he was 50+. He or his father owned general store. The first marriage I am guessing was before 1857 when Thomas was born. I am not sure on the other birth dates of sons Robert, George, Thomas, Irvine. I found Thomas in Durham on 1881 census living in Penshaw Stable b 1857 Tow Law occ miner. Wife Margaret Isabelle Pickup b1860. They immigrated to USA about 1885. George b?went to work for the railroad. Irvine died around the age of 20.. If this helps I have more family info in USA
