BROWN

Hi,
Has anyone got a Pattison BROWN in their family. He was born in Boldon 1848 son of Pattison BROWN. He married Ellen MAUGHAN 15.04.1876 Dalton-le-Dale.He died 29.10.1891 Cold Heseledon. I have tried repeatly to trace his line back with no avail. Any help gratefully recieved.

I'm also looking for Browns in Durham- namely John Henry b.8 Jun 1856, Sedgefield, Dur.;m. Francis A. Oyston d. unknown; Johns parents were James and Alice - I haven't found any siblings for John.
John and Francis had three children; Abraham b. Mar 1881, Margaret b. Jan 31, 1883 & Joseph b. abt 1885

My gg-grandmother Julia Brown was born 8 March 1865 in Seaham Harbour to John Brown and Ann Harrison. She married Matthew Rutherford on 4 March 1882 in Houghton-le-Spring. I have photographs of Julia and her children.
Any info on Julia's ancestry would be gratefully appreciated.
