Crone

Any information on the Crone family history of Cockermouth would be extremely useful.
My grandfather was Thomas Steele Crone and I believe he was born in Cockermouth in 1885.He died in 1949. The Crones lived largely in St. Helen's St. Market Place and Main St.

I did a very quick search for Thomas Crone (Thomas Steele Crone yielded no results ) and there are many Crone entries.
