An ammendment to my last posting-I have found the father, but along with Noeleen sutton, who is also listed we are needing a bap of JAMES PIKINGTON who married Margaert BOWMAN in St Bees in 1792 there children all born in the county. Have not been able to locate Bap in the Whitehaven area as well as Cumbria as a whole.
