His father: William Palmer birth date unknown, date of death July 1848. His wife is Sarah Banister, of Slough, Berkshire, England.
Possible father of Sarah Banister - John Banister.
Thomas Palmer migrated to the USA in about 1853 and died 17 Nov 1900. I have currend data on Thomas Palmer and his family in USA. He was a great man and a leader in the "Old West" of the USA.
William Palmer was a servant at Windsor Castle and took care of the "gas lights" at the castle.
