my great grandfather's name was william bland, his wife's name was elizabeth. my grandfather was edwin william bland, i believe that he had an older brother. they possibly left england in 1881 or 1882. my grandfather was born 6-27-1882, not sure if he was born in england or u.s. my great grandfather possibly died on the way to u.s. elizabeth and children settled in illinois and my grandfather, edwin william, moved to kansas city, missouri and then other cities in missouri until his death in numa, iowa in 1930. any information that any one can give me on my grandfather or great grandparents would be greatly appreciated. my sister has been trying to find information for seven years and we really need a clue. thanks. terri worley,
