Hit a brick wall on this fellow. All I know is that he married Catherine Weeks King on 25 Jun 1831 in All Souls, St. Marylebone (London, Middlesex Co.). I'm descended from his son Henry James Utting, born 22 Jul 1832 in St. Marylebone. He's their only child that I know of. Anyone have any idea when and where he was born/died?
