Daniel Roberts

My gg grandfather was Daniel Roberts born July 1, 1827 in Beddgelert. He and his brother Edwin & sister Jane immigrated to Ontario Canada. There was also an Edward Roberts who was very close to them but whether another brother, I don't know. He married Evaline Frasier over here & had a large family. I have most of his descendents in my tree. I am interested in discovering who his parents were & any other siblings. His parents may be Rice Roberts & Catherine Jones.
This is my first attempt at doing research in the UK & would welcome any help you can offer.

Hi Donna. What year did they emigrate to Canada? It helps to narrow down the search. I can look in the 1841 census and possibly a bit earlier than that.

There is a tree on Ancestry with this family under the surname of Phillips. Is that your tree?
