Inglis Family of Greenock

I am researching my children's grandmother's family, the Inglis family from Greenock, Renfrewshire. My children's grandmother is Johanna Reid Mitchell Inglis (born 15 September 1962 in Greenock) and her parents are Samuel Fowler Inglis, born 18 June 1936 in Greenock, died 29 October 1997 or 1998 in Greenock and Isabella Alice Halliday Marshall born 1 March 1938 in Greenock. I do not know who Samuel Inglis' parents were. Any information on this family would be very helpful thanks.
