Searching for information on g-grandmother, Jane Atkinson (b. 1 April 1861) - who 1881 British Census records as having been born in "Ferryhale" Westmorland. No one in England has been able to identify a "Ferryhale". Also family does not have her middle name. She married Frederick Durham (b. Thorne) some time around 1880-1881. They were living in Satterthwaite at time of 1881 census and immigrated to US in 1882. She may be Jane "Ann" Atkinson - christened 7 April 1861 in Langdale by Ambleside - father and mother recorded as Thomas and Eleanor Atkinson. Any information would be appreciated.
