Any information please on descendants of Samuel "Herrish or Herress" Allen who married Jane Mary Hale 13/9/1819, Bedminster. Several members of family were wireworkers and/or had Herrish as middle name. Have not been able to find it as a surname, which I assume it was previously, any info on that would be much appreciated. Happy to share info on my line from John Herrish Allen onwards
