I am searching for the family of John Smithson that lived somewhere around the Northumberland part of England. John moved to Virginia in the United States. John was born about 1675. John was married to a lady by the name of Elizabeth.
Elizabeth may have had the last name Boulton.
They had three children, John Jr., Susannah, Frances Hugh. If you know anything about this family please contact me. I know what happened to John after he moved to the United States, but have not a clue about his early England days.
