Harper, Lee, Britton

I am seeking any info on Thomas Harper b. 1827 and came to USA approx. 1854. He married Elizabeth Lisa Lee b. 1830 but I don't know if they married in England before they came to the USA or after they arrived here. Thomas had 14 children and lived most of his life after arriving in the USA in Pennsylvania. He was from the New Castle area in England.
