I am seeking information about my grand father Lawrence Brynolf (1876-1959), born in Gateshead Co Durham, died in Ponteland, Northumberland; and his wife Margaret Wilson (1878-1948), born in Heddon-on-the-Wall, Northumberland.
I am also seeking information about my great grand father John Brynolf - family lore has it he was born in Bareio Fiold, Newsonboulg, Sweden, but this has yet to be confirmed. Nothing much is known other than he was a railway labourer in 1877 living in Askew Road, Gateshead. He was a craneman in 1898 and had moved to Lower Cuthbert Street, Gateshead. He married Mary Ann Lawrence, about whom nothing is known.
