Looking for Edward Waterhouse Langlands supposedly born in Liverpool 6 May 1866-1870. Unfortunately if appears his birth was not resgistered under that name. Can anyone suggest where I may search for this. Mother was Agnes Langlands, her father Ralph Langlands and mother Elizabeth(McBride)Langlands
