Was James ROBERTS the son of Laurence ROBERTS born 5 Feb 1733 Burnley? Was Agnes LORD his second wife?

Am looking for any information about Arthur Lowe,from Leigh Lancashire, he married Alice Knowles, they had 2 sons John(Jack) and Alfred (my father) I was told they (Lowe family) owned a pub.
