At Hougham, near Dover, the Rev. Joseph Wilkinson, Curate of Christchurch, youngest son of Charles Wilkinson, Esq., of Tunbridge Wells, to Wilhelmina Catherine Tracey, youngest daughter of the late Sir David James Hamilton Dickson.
