I am researching the family of Patrick McDermott who married Catherine Goodman Dec 06 1866 in Auckland co. Durham. His parents were Michael McDermott and Mariah McGrath. Michael and Mary arrived in England around 1850 from somewhere in Ireland. I would love to know where.
