I am researching the following names in Weymouth, pre.1880 : Gill,Short,Medway,and Rashley.
Also researching in Preston/Sutton Poyntz: Brown, Thorne, Parker and Cox.
Still more! From Long Bredy, Hounsell and from Litton Cheney - Brown.
Would very much like to hear from anyone researching these names.

I have a brickwall regarding a John or James Gill who married a Jane Budgett in Nunney in 1886. On the marriage cert he was shown as a coachman, living in Bournmouth with a father Charles who was a gardener.
Any knowledge???
