Stewart - Lancaster

Hi,
I'd like to hear from anyone with genealogy data that can help with the following families from Penrith.
Lancaster:
Ancesters of John Lancaster, who was listed in the 1901 census as living at the Fish Hotel Penrith - his desendants include Hannah & Doris of Clickemin, Nr Grayestoke
Stewart:
Especially ancesters of William Bowman Stewart - ex Foster St Penrith (recently Dec'd) and his wife Jayne (also dec'd) - related familes still residing in Penrith would be Winder's, Bowman's, Jackson's & I'm sure there's more.
ANY help would be appreciated.
