I am a direct relative of the actress Peggy Cummins born 18 Dec 1925 in Prestatyn, North Wales.
Peggy is a direct descendant of Joseph Cummins, brother of my great grand-father who emigrated to the US in 1851.
Joseph was born in County Dublin in the 1830s.
I have noted a Peter and Mary Cummins, born in Ireland 1804 and 1801, who settle in the St Asaph area. Peter died there in 1875.
Sons born in Ruthin are Anthony Cummins, 1839, and James, 1844.
I assume Peggy's father is related to one of them?

Added information: Peggy Cummins was born named Augusta Margaret Diane Fuller. Her Mother Margaret Mary Treacy was later known as Margaret Cummins. Peggy's use of the name was possible to follow her Mother, also an actress, and from her second marriage...thus a Step-Father for Peggy Cummins? Peggy's Father may be Horatio Fuller from the St. Asaph District.
