Can anyone help me to find the whereabouts of the SHAFTO Family Bible? My GGrandfather bought it and an illustrated copy of John BUNYAN's A Pligrims Progress as an investment when he returned from the Gold rush in the Klondike. My Grandmother donated it to either the museum or Library in Gateshead, Co Durham in the 1940's but no one seems to know what happened to it after that. I have tried through official channels but to no avail. Is there SKS out there who can help?
