I am researching my Grandmother's line. Her maiden name was Britain. Her mother's maiden name was Augustine. I have been told that the Augustine's were pastors in England. I would appreciate any information anyone has on these two surnames. Accordingly, my gr-grandfather Britain died in a military hospital in the suburbs of London after the Crimeria around the 1870-1890 circa. My gr-grandmother took her two daughters and a son to Canada, where she had to abandon the other two. She returned and died during the Blitz. My gr-aunt did too.
