Wood, Dunlop, Finlayson, Spence, Learmont, Orrock

These names are mostly from Bolton, Haddington and Garvald. I am mostly interested in information prior to the late 1790's. The Wood surname could be from Ormiston.

Further research has been done since my last post and thanks to Fran Cooper in Ottawa I have notes on history of the Dunlop family in Scotland, Canada & USA written by Beatrice Murray Dunlop in 1935. I am now actively looking for the Wood family from Athelstaneford, East Lothian and Garvald. Family connections could be Nisbet & Hay also possibly Baxter. Jean Wood (Dunlop) and her sibling Alexander Wood are of the most interest.
